Privacy notice
We keep this simple, because it is simple.
Who we are. Bravo Zulu AI is a trading name of D'Arcy Performance Coaching Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14687985, registered office 6 Hazeldown Avenue, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 6HT. It's run by Paul D'Arcy. For anything about your data, email paul@bravozuluai.com.
What we collect.
- The message form: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message.
- Booking an AI Fit Conversation: Calendly collects your name, email address and anything you add when you book, and passes them to us.
- A signed copy of the book: if you'd like one after our conversation, we'll ask for a postal address by email and use it only to post the book.
- Emails you send us.
That's all. This site sets no tracking cookies, builds no profiles of visitors and uses no advertising pixels. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Why we use it. To reply to you, arrange the conversation you've booked, post a book you've asked for, and, if you go on to work with us, to deliver that work. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on taking the steps you've asked for before any contract.
Who handles it for us. Netlify (netlify.com) hosts this site and receives form messages. Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) runs our domain name and the visitor counts. Calendly (calendly.com) handles bookings. Microsoft handles our email. Each works under its own privacy policy. The podcast on the homepage only loads Spotify's player when you press play; from then on Spotify's own privacy and cookie policy applies.
How long we keep it. Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. Postal addresses for books are deleted once the book has been sent.
What we never do. Sell it, share it with anyone else, or add you to lists you didn't ask for.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email paul@bravozuluai.com and it will be handled personally, usually the same day. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
